Vice President - Settlements Project Manager - International Change

You have an exciting opportunity to work on large-scale transformation programs across asset classes, focusing on target operating model design, technology delivery, and settlements process transformation.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Lead and deliver complex change initiatives across the settlements lifecycle
• Manage Business Analysis across Trade Settlements flows covering multiple asset classes
• Define Target State Operating Model and settlement process design
• Own end-to-end project delivery - requirements, design, development, testing, and deployment
• Develop high-quality Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and obtain approvals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Technology, Operations, and Business stakeholders
• *Ideal Candidate:**
• Strong Investment Banking / Capital Markets settlements knowledge
• Proven Project Management experience in transformation or change programs
• Experience working across multi-asset trade settlement flows
• Strong stakeholder management and delivery ownership
