Bilingual Academic Operations Coordinator – Remote (Canada)

Job Overview

We are a North America-based K–12 online education organization providing structured learning programs for students across different grade levels.

This is a fully remote, Canada-based part-time position suited for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and interested in long-term growth in education operations.

This role offers a clear development path into Operations Coordinator → Operations Manager → Team Lead as responsibilities expand over time.

Responsibilities

1. Academic Coordination Support

• · Support daily coordination of classes and instructors
• · Assist with scheduling and academic logistics
• · Support onboarding of instructors into established teaching processes
• · Help ensure smooth and consistent academic delivery

2. Student Progress & Communication

• · Support communication between parents, instructors, and the academic team
• · Assist in tracking student learning progress and completion status
• · Prepare structured academic updates and progress summaries when needed
• · Follow up on learning tasks and ensure continuity of student progress

3. Operational Support

• · Coordinate class schedules, trial sessions, and instructor availability
• · Maintain accurate academic and operational records
• · Support enrollment tracking and renewal coordination
• · Assist with communication updates across internal and parent channels

Requirements

• · Bilingual: Mandarin (native/near-native) + professional English
• · Strong organizational and communication skills
• · Experience in education, tutoring, academic support, or coordination preferred
• · Comfortable using Google Workspace and communication tools
• · Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• · Available during evening/weekend hours (Canada time zones)
