Job Overview:

ZenaTech is seeking a Growth & Content Marketing Manager to build and own the content engine across ZenaTech's SaaS portfolio. This role drives organic growth through a replicable content strategy spanning owned channels, industry publishing, influencer relationships, and thought leadership — with a closed-loop approach that connects content performance to paid amplification.

This is a full-time, on-site role in Vancouver, BC.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Engine & Owned Channels:

  • Architect and manage the content engine across all owned channels for the SaaS portfolio.
  • Develop editorial calendar spanning social, industry, thought leadership, and long-form content.
  • Build repeatable briefing, production, review, and distribution workflows.
  • Ensure every piece is built to be repurposable across formats and channels.
  • Maintain distinct brand voice across portfolio brands without flattening individual identities.
  • Own social strategy and calendar across LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Reddit, YouTube, and emerging platforms targeting small and medium enterprises (SMEs).
  • Build audience growth strategy focused on reach quality over vanity metrics.
  • Build a closed-loop system between organic content performance and paid amplification.

Industry, Influencer & Thought Leadership:

  • Develop and place industry content: articles, white papers, opinion pieces, and reports with subject matter experts (SMEs) and influential personalities.
  • Build editorial relationships with publications relevant to industries adjacent to the SaaS verticals.
  • Work with internal subject matter experts to extract insight and shape it into publishable content.
  • Position portfolio brands as credible category voices — not just vendors, but contributors to the conversation.
  • Track placement and publication performance as a brand and pipeline metric.
  • Manage contracts, content briefs, approval workflows, and performance tracking.
  • Build a roster of long-term brand advocates.

Qualifications

  • 3–6 years of SaaS marketing experience in partnerships, content, PR, or growth marketing.
  • 2+ years directly in content strategy or growth marketing for B2B SaaS brands.
  • Hands-on experience across social, industry, and long-form content simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated organic-to-paid integration and influencer/subject matter expert management.
  • SaaS buyer journey fluency — understands how content contributes to pipeline at each stage.
  • Analytical by nature — tracks content performance as rigorously as aesthetics.
  • A builder and content-forward thinker who can operate with minimal process.
