Senior Sales Executive – Life & Health Insurance

Job Summary

We are hiring experienced Senior Sales Executives for a newly established insurance company - Beta trading Company. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Life and Health Insurance sales, with the ability to generate business, build client relationships, and drive revenue growth from the Banjara Hills office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales of life and health insurance products
  • Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records of sales and client interactions
  • Stay updated with industry trends and product knowledge

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Life and Health Insurance sales
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Target-driven and self-motivated
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills

  • Existing client network in insurance sector
  • Strong relationship management skills
  • Knowledge of insurance products and regulations
