Job Summary

We are hiring a Business Development Executive for Insurance Sales for our client. The candidate should have experience in selling insurance products, meeting customers, and achieving sales targets.

The role includes lead generation, client meetings, follow-ups, and closing sales.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Generate new leads and customers for insurance products
  • Meet clients and explain insurance plans
  • Follow up with interested customers
  • Achieve monthly sales targets
  • Build good relationships with clients
  • Support customers with policy-related queries
  • Maintain sales records and daily updates
  • Coordinate with internal teams for policy processing

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in insurance sales
  • Good communication and convincing skills
  • Experience in field sales or direct sales preferred
  • Target-oriented and confident personality
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Graduation preferred

Preferred Candidate

  • Experience in Life Insurance / Health Insurance / General Insurance
  • Comfortable with client meetings and field work
  • Able to handle customer relationships independently
