Job Summary We are hiring experienced Senior Sales Executives for a newly established insurance company - Beta trading Company. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Life and Health Insurance sales , with the ability to generate business, build client relationships, and drive revenue growth from the Banjara Hills office. Key Responsibilities Drive sales of life and health insurance products Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities Build and maintain strong relationships with clients Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Maintain accurate records of sales and client interactions Stay updated with industry trends and product knowledge Requirements 3+ years of experience in Life and Health Insurance sales Strong sales and negotiation skills Good communication and interpersonal abilities Target-driven and self-motivated Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Preferred Skills Existing client network in insurance sector Strong relationship management skills Knowledge of insurance products and regulations What We Offer Opportunity to be part of a new and growing company High growth potential and performance-driven environment Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In-person (Banjara Hills, Hyderabad)
