About the Role

We are looking for skilled IPDRG Coders and Auditors with hands-on experience in inpatient coding and DRG assignment. The candidate should have strong knowledge of coding guidelines, clinical documentation, and auditing processes.

Key ResponsibilitiesFor IPDRG Coders:

• Assign accurate ICD-10-CM & ICD-10-PCS codes for inpatient records
• Perform DRG grouping and ensure proper reimbursement classification
• Review clinical documentation and query physicians when required
• Maintain productivity and quality benchmarks
• Stay updated with coding guidelines and regulatory changes

For IPDRG Auditors:

• Conduct audits on coded inpatient charts for accuracy and compliance
• Identify coding errors and provide corrective feedback
• Ensure adherence to DRG guidelines and client-specific requirements
• Prepare audit reports and track quality metrics
• Support training and mentoring of coding teams

Required Qualifications

• Certified coder (any of the following preferred):
• CPC / CCS / CIC from AAPC or AHIMA
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in IPDRG coding/auditing
• Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM, ICD-10-PCS, DRG systems
• Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems
• Good analytical and communication skills

Pay: ₹10,159.70 - ₹95,760.08 per month
