Title: Freelance Senior Brand Manager

Responsibilities
- Develop vision and strategy to grow the brand in the US market
- Lead annual strategy, plan & budget development
- Develop and execute 360 marketing and promotional strategy and plans, collaborating with internal teams and external agencies
- Monitor brand consumption and purchase dynamics through in-depth market data analysis
- Coach, develop and motivate 2 direct reports, providing feedback and leading reviews.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Business or Marketing preferred
- 6+ years of Marketing experience, ideally in a CPG company
- Experience in managing direct reports
- Strong analytical thinking & problem-solving skills
- Ability to build collaborative relationships with internal and external teams.
