Responsibilities

• Develop vision and strategy to grow the brand in the US market
• Lead annual strategy, plan & budget development
• Develop and execute 360 marketing and promotional strategy and plans, collaborating with internal teams and external agencies
• Monitor brand consumption and purchase dynamics through in-depth market data analysis
• Coach, develop and motivate 2 direct reports, providing feedback and leading reviews.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Business or Marketing preferred
• 6+ years of Marketing experience, ideally in a CPG company
• Experience in managing direct reports
• Strong analytical thinking & problem-solving skills
• Ability to build collaborative relationships with internal and external teams.
