• Configuring and implementing customer journeys, including triggers, segmentation logic, personalization, and dynamic content
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders (email, ecomm, and brand teams) to ensure accurate implementation of campaign requirements
• Conducting testing and troubleshooting of email sends, automations, and data flows to ensure proper functionality
• Providing recommendations on email production efficiency, modular template design, and journey optimization where applicable
