Every funnel drop-off means lost revenue.

Every unclear message results in a missed conversion.

This role is designed to systematically enhance the value we gain from each visitor.

Your Responsibilities

This is not a support role; this is a revenue-driving role.

You will be responsible for:

  • Website Conversion Rate (CVR)
  • Landing Page Performance
  • Add-to-Cart Rate
  • Checkout Completion Rate
  • Revenue per Visitor (RPV)
  • Identifying funnel drop-offs and leak points

Your efforts should directly contribute to top-line revenue growth without increasing ad spend.

Work Scope

1. Funnel Analysis and Issue Diagnosis

  • Chart the entire user journey through:

  • Paid Ads Landing Pages Product Detail Pages Cart Checkout
  • Spot friction points at every stage
  • Analyze behavioral drop-offs by using:

  • GA4 / Mixpanel
  • Heatmaps (Hotjar / Clarity)
  • Session recordings
  • Go beyond surface metrics to uncover root causes

2. Experimentation and A/B Testing

  • Create a well-structured experimentation plan
  • Develop strong hypotheses grounded in data and behavioral insights
  • Conduct A/B and multivariate tests on:

  • Landing pages
  • Product pages
  • Checkout processes
  • Prioritize high-impact experiments over volume
  • Monitor statistical significance and measure business impact

3. Landing Page and PDP Optimization

  • Enhance clarity, trust, and intent to convert
  • Optimize:

  • Headlines and messaging
  • Visual hierarchy
  • Social proof and trust signals
  • Product education
  • Ensure landing pages align with acquisition channels such as Meta and Google

4. Checkout and Conversion Flow Optimization

  • Decrease cart abandonment rates
  • Enhance checkout user experience and flow
  • Refine:

  • Form fields
  • Payment success rates
  • Cash on Delivery vs prepaid customer behavior
  • Trust and urgency elements
  • Focus on improving conversions after items are added to the cart

5. Data-Driven Decision Making

  • Create dashboards to track funnel progress and monitor performance
  • Analyze customer cohorts and behavior patterns
  • Distinguish between quick wins and long-term enhancements
  • Convert insights into actionable plans

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with:

  • Performance Marketing to align on traffic quality
  • Design teams for UX and visual improvements
  • Technical teams for implementation and testing
  • Retention teams for optimizing post-purchase experience
  • Ensure rapid execution cycles and continuous iteration

  • Conversion Rate (CVR)
  • Add-to-Cart Rate
  • Cart-to-Checkout Rate

  • Average Order Value (AOV)
  • Revenue per Visitor (RPV)
  • Bounce Rate and Session Depth

Required Skills and Experience

  • 3 to 6 years of experience in CRO, Growth, or Performance Marketing
  • Demonstrated success in improving conversion metrics with measurable results
  • Strong knowledge of consumer psychology and online decision-making
  • Hands-on expertise with:

  • A/B testing platforms (VWO, Optimizely, etc.)
  • Analytics tools (GA4, Mixpanel)
  • Behavior tracking solutions (Hotjar, Clarity)
  • Ability to link data with user behavior and business outcomes
  • High ownership mentality and a bias toward execution

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in D2C or e-commerce, especially in health, wellness, or supplements
  • Familiarity with the Shopify platform
  • Understanding of retention channels such as Email, WhatsApp, and SMS
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS to accelerate experimentation

Success Criteria (First 3 to 6 Months)

  • Clearly identify major funnel leakages
  • Conduct high-impact experiments with measurable improvements
  • Achieve a 15–30% improvement in overall conversion rate
  • Increase revenue per visitor
  • Establish a structured CRO experimentation framework
