Senior Performance Marketing Expert (PPC)

About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and result-oriented Senior Performance Marketing Expert (PPC) to lead and optimize high-impact digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical capabilities, technical expertise, and a deep understanding of business growth through performance marketing.
The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience managing both SME and Enterprise-level accounts, with the ability to deliver measurable ROI, maintain campaign efficiency, and perform effectively in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
Key Responsibilities
1. Plan, execute, manage, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
2. Develop platform-specific performance marketing strategies aligned with lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth objectives.
3. Continuously monitor and optimize campaign performance metrics including ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR, and Conversion Rate.
4. Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audience targeting, bidding strategies, ad copies, and landing pages to improve campaign efficiency and scalability.
5. Manage and configure Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics 4 (GA4), conversion tracking, pixel integrations, event tracking, and UTM structures to ensure accurate attribution and reporting.
6. Handle both SME and Enterprise-level client accounts with varying campaign complexities and budget structures.
7. Prepare detailed campaign performance reports with actionable insights, strategic recommendations, and optimization plans.
8. Collaborate closely with creative, content, web development, and sales teams to ensure smooth campaign execution and alignment with business goals.
9. Utilize modern AI-powered marketing tools and automation platforms for campaign optimization, reporting automation, audience research, forecasting, and performance enhancement.
10. Ensure timely delivery of campaigns, reports, and optimization tasks while maintaining accuracy and quality.
11. Effectively manage high-pressure situations, critical campaign periods, and urgent client requirements with a solution-oriented approach.
Required Skills & Qualifications
· 6+ years of hands-on experience in PPC / Performance Marketing with a proven track record of delivering measurable business growth.
· Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, YouTube Advertising, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
· Deep understanding of campaign analytics, attribution models, conversion tracking, and digital performance metrics.
· Strong analytical thinking with the ability to interpret data, identify growth opportunities, and make strategic optimization decisions.
· Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and team collaboration skills.
· Strong business acumen with an understanding of how marketing contributes to overall business growth and profitability.
· Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and perform efficiently under pressure.
Preferred Qualifications
· Google Ads Certifications and Meta Blueprint Certifications.
· Experience managing enterprise-scale digital marketing campaigns.
· Familiarity with CRM integrations, marketing automation tools, and advanced reporting platforms.
