Job Description
We are looking for a data-driven, results-oriented Performance Marketing Specialist to completely own and scale our paid acquisition channels. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end strategy, execution, and optimization of our paid media budgets, primarily focusing on Meta Ads and Google Ads.
You shouldn't just know how to "run ads" you must deeply understand the algorithms, advanced targeting methodologies, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and the technical frameworks (like pixel tracking and server-side tagging) that drive profitable scaling. If you live and breathe ROAS, CPA, and data analysis, we want you on our team.
Core Responsibilities
- Campaign Management: End-to-end setup, execution, monitoring, and optimization of paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google (Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube).
- Media Buying & Bidding: Manage ad spend efficiently across multiple clients/accounts, continuously testing bidding strategies (Target CPA, Target ROAS, Maximize Conversions) to maximize efficiency.
- A/B Testing & Optimization: Conduct relentless A/B testing across ad creatives, hooks, copy, audience segments, and landing pages to lower Customer Acquisition Costs (CAC).
- Data Analysis & Tracking: Implement, troubleshoot, and maintain tracking infrastructures including Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Conversions API (CAPI) to ensure accurate attribution.
- Reporting & Analytics: Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly performance dashboards. Translate complex data into actionable insights and strategic next steps.
- Creative Strategy Collaboration: Work closely with the design and content teams to brainstorm high-converting ad creatives (reels, statics, carousels) based on performance data and historical wins.

- Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) / Cost Per Lead (CPL)
- Click-Through Rate (CTR) & Conversion Rate (CVR)
- Customer Lifetime Value (LTV) to CAC ratio
Requirements & Technical Skills
- Hands-on Experience: Minimum 1+ years of proven experience managing budget-heavy, profitable campaigns on both Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Platform Mastery: In-depth knowledge of custom audiences, lookalikes, advantage+ campaigns, keyword research, match types, and Google PMax optimization.
- Technical Know-How: Solid understanding of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), GTM, and pixel setups. Ability to diagnose tracking discrepancies.
- Analytical Mindset: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and data formatting are second nature to you).
- Creative Insight: Understanding of what hooks an audience psychologically and makes a creative scroll-stopping.
- Communication: Strong communication skills to clearly articulate campaign performance, roadblocks, and scaling strategies.
