Role Overview

The Operations Coordinator will be responsible for handling day-to-day order operations, ensuring smooth coordination between design, production, and dispatch teams.

This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn fast in a process-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Order Processing

• Manage incoming orders from Shopify & Etsy
• Verify order details (size, customization, address)
• Coordinate with design team for artwork readiness

Production Coordination

• Share accurate specifications with production team
• Track order progress from design to print
• Ensure minimal errors in paneling and sizing

Dispatch & Logistics

• Coordinate shipments with courier partners (DHL, etc.)
• Ensure timely dispatch of samples and final orders
• Track deliveries and update status

Data Management

• Maintain daily order tracking sheet
• Update order status (Pending / In Process / Dispatched / Delivered)
• Share daily updates with reporting manager

Issue Handling

• Identify delays, errors, or mismatches
• Coordinate internally for quick resolution
• Ensure customer commitments are met

Skills Required

• Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to follow processes
• Basic communication skills
• Willingness to learn and take responsibility

Preferred (Not Mandatory)

• Experience in operations / coordination
• Exposure to e-commerce or logistics
• Familiarity with Shopify / Etsy
