About This Role

We are seeking a Backend Application Developer with strong expertise in Python and business process automation technologies to design, develop and maintain enterprise-grade applications. This role focuses on building scalable backend solutions, implementing NoSQL databases, and designing Camunda BPM workflows to automate business processes, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable and high-performing applications.

What You’ll Do

• Design, develop and maintain backend applications using Python
• Implement and manage NoSQL databases for efficient and high-performance data handling
• Develop and configure Camunda BPM workflows to automate business processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, scalable and efficient solutions
• Ensure code quality, security and adherence to development best practices
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to maintain application stability and performance

Who You Are

• Experience in Python and Java-based application development
• Strong understanding of NoSQL database technologies
• Hands-on experience with Camunda BPM or similar workflow automation tools
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and IT service management practices
• Experience working with Agile tools such as JIRA
• Exposure to ITSM tools such as Remedy
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or equivalent
