About This Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support real estate lease accounting activities, ensuring accurate and timely processing of financial transactions in SAP RE-FX and compliance with IFRS 16 standards. The role focuses on contract management, financial reporting, reconciliation, and month-end activities while maintaining strong process controls and operational discipline.

What You’ll Do

Manage real estate accounting operations in line with IFRS 16 principlesEnsure end-to-end lease contract management, including creation and modification of contractsMaintain accuracy and timeliness in valuation postings for all eligible leasesPerform balance sheet reconciliations and support month-end close processesDeliver internal and external financial reporting and compliance requirementsEnsure adherence to operational processes and internal controlsAnalyse issues, provide troubleshooting support, and collaborate with stakeholdersClearly communicate accounting updates and process changes

Who You Are

Good understanding of IFRS 16 and lease accounting conceptsExperience working with SAP, preferably the RE-FX moduleStrong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Power Platform toolsEffective stakeholder engagement and communication skillsStrong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilityGood time management and ability to meet deadlinesProficiency in German (minimum B2.1) and English
