Job Description
A company is looking for a Consultant, Technical Account Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Support customers in disconnected environments and serve as a subject matter expert for data center infrastructure products
Develop internal and external relationships to earn trust and collaborate effectively on complex system requirements
Continuously learn and maintain technical knowledge of the company's product portfolio and assist in implementing AI solutions
Required Qualifications
Must be a US citizen with an active TS / SCI security clearance
In-depth troubleshooting knowledge of Dell PowerEdge servers and networking infrastructure in data center environments
Strong experience working in Linux environments (RHEL and Ubuntu)
Customer-facing experience with strong escalation management capabilities
12+ years of technical support experience with relevant industry certifications preferred
