Performance Event Operations Representative

A company is looking for an Events Operations Representative-Performance.

Key Responsibilities

Process event applications and results for various performance event types while maintaining organization and order

Handle customer inquiries regarding event results and assist clubs with online event management

Analyze incoming data and ensure compliance with AKC standards, proactively resolving issues with event secretaries

Required Qualifications

Experience with data entry and processing in a high-stress environment

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workloads effectively

Experience in customer service, particularly in resolving inquiries and issues

Strong analytical skills to evaluate data and ensure accuracy
