Senior Event Planning Manager

A company is looking for a Senior Event Planning Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end planning and execution of events, ensuring accuracy and exceptional service delivery

Champion a service culture and build strong relationships with clients throughout the event lifecycle

Drive event revenue through effective planning, budget management, and collaboration with sales and leadership

Qualifications

4+ years of progressive experience in hotel Event Planning or related field

Experience in luxury or upscale hospitality environments preferred

Proficiency in event planning systems and tools (e.g., Envision, Social Tables)

Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and collaboration platforms
