Senior Operations Analyst, Compliance

A company is looking for a Senior Operations Analyst, Legal, Risk & Compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and improve the LRC intake, prioritization, and service delivery framework

Research and synthesize nonprofit regulatory requirements and advise on compliance implications

Define and execute contract intake criteria and evaluate vendor cost effectiveness

Required Qualifications

At least 5 years of paralegal or legal compliance experience or 7 years of relevant experience

Bachelor's degree, preferably in a nonprofit or corporate law environment; paralegal certificate a plus

Basic knowledge of 501(c)(3) legal and regulatory laws and regulations

Experience supporting data and record management in legal settings

Ability to handle confidential and sensitive communications
