Key Responsibilities
Serve as a trusted resource for Core Leaders and Caregivers on employee relations issues
Ensure compliance with HR policies and regulatory standards
Conduct investigations and make recommendations for improving the workplace environment
Required Qualifications
Five years of experience in general human resources or equivalent work experience at the exempt level
Five years of demonstrated experience in Employee Relations and labor relations
Five years of experience providing high-touch customer service in a concierge-style environment
