Our client, a fast-growing Wealth management company is looking to hire a mid-level Compliance Professional in Mumbai.
Role focus:
- SEBI compliance across PMS, AIF & Mutual Fund Distribution
- Regulatory filings, audits & inspections
- Review of investor docs, contracts & agreements
- Advising business teams on regulatory frameworks (SEBI, FEMA, corporate laws)
- Strengthening governance, risk & compliance processes
Ideal profile:
- Should be a qualified company secretary
- 5–8 years of experience in SEBI-regulated financial services with strong regulatory interpretation and stakeholder management skills.
