Area Manager-Affluent-Priority-Regional sales Own and deliver area-level targets across, CASA & TD, Wealth, TPP & Retail Assets Drive balanced revenue mix with focus on fee income and annuity revenue.
Improve portfolio quality and yield while maintaining cost discipline.
Ensure acquisition and management of Affluent / HNI customers as per Kotak benchmarks.
Drive relationship deepening Ensure consistent customer experience, retention, and wallet share growth .
Manage and develop Affluent Relationship Managers and support staff.
Drive RM productivity metrics ,conduct regular reviews, coaching, and capability building .
Ensure solid succession and talent readiness within the area.
Ensure Sales Governance, Risk & Compliance Monitor sourcing quality and improve risk-adjusted returns .
Ensure audit readiness , zero tolerance to deviations, and timely rectifications.
Act as first line of defence for risk and compliance at area level
