A company is looking for a Payroll Implementation Manager who will oversee the implementation lifecycle for payroll systems.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end implementation lifecycle for the payroll team
Analyze business needs to configure HR, payroll, and tax systems
Train payroll team on the new system and provide ongoing support
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
3+ years of Project Management experience in a union payroll environment
Proven experience in payroll processing and system implementations
Experience with HRIS and ERP systems, preferably Dayforce, Sage, or similar
Strong experience with Excel and data analysis
