Distribution Operations Manager

A company is looking for a Distribution Sales Operations Manager to modernize and optimize global distributor operations.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze and enhance operational workflows between the company and its global distributor network

Develop business cases for process improvement projects and manage initiatives from planning through implementation

Define data sharing requirements and collaborate with IT and other teams to execute these requirements

Required Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in distribution operations, channel operations, or sales operations

Experience in improving complex operational workflows with measurable results

Understanding of 2-tier resell channels and interactions among distributors, resellers, and manufacturers

Familiarity with Salesforce and D365 at a business / data level

Conceptual understanding of business-to-business data exchange methods like EDI and API integrations
