We're looking for a Senior Webflow Developer & CRO Specialist to lead the design, development, and optimization of our Webflow-hosted website. You'll own both the technical implementation and the strategic optimization efforts that drive measurable business results. Responsibilities

• Own the implementation and ongoing maintenance of the Webflow-hosted website
• Develop and run A/B tests and CRO experiments to improve conversion rates and user engagement
• Monitor page performance metrics and identify optimization opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align conversion goals and technical requirements
• Implement and manage experimentation strategies using leading platforms and tools

Requirements

• 3-6 years of hands-on Webflow experience with demonstrated expertise in design and development
• Proven experience in conversion rate optimization or related performance marketing roles
• Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in A/B and multivariate testing
• Proficiency with experimentation platforms and analytics tools

• Experience optimizing high-traffic eCommerce websites or mobile applications
