GrowthDeck Marketing is a performance marketing agency that helps residential deck builders across North America generate more revenue through paid ads on Meta. Every campaign we run is tied to a real business owner counting on us to fill their pipeline, so the work matters and the results are real.
We are a small, fast-growing team that takes ownership seriously. You will not be a cog in a giant agency machine. You will own real ad accounts, see the direct impact of your work, and grow quickly if you put in the effort.
The Role
We are hiring a Junior Media Buyer to manage and optimize Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ad campaigns across a portfolio of client accounts. This is a hands-on role inside Ads Manager every single day. You will be building campaigns, monitoring performance, troubleshooting accounts, and working to keep cost per lead low and lead quality high. You will also be editing short-form video ads in CapCut, so a good creative eye and a willingness to get hands-on with editing are part of the job.
We provide comprehensive training on our systems, processes, and the deck-builder niche. But this is not a "learn Meta ads from zero" role. You need to already understand how an ad account works and be ready to get your hands dirty.
What You Will Do
- Build, launch, and manage Meta ad campaigns across multiple client accounts
- Monitor daily performance and adjust budgets, audiences, and creative to hit cost-per-lead and lead-quality targets
- Diagnose underperforming campaigns and act quickly to correct course
- Edit short-form video ads in CapCut for use across client campaigns
- Track results and contribute to clear, simple client reporting
- Use AI tools to work faster and smarter across creative, analysis, and workflow
- Follow our SOPs closely while bringing your own ideas to the table
What We Are Looking For
- Real Meta ads experience. You have spent meaningful time inside Ads Manager and understand campaign structure at the campaign, ad set, and creative level. This is a hard requirement.
- Reliable and self-directed. You do what you say you will do, on time, without being chased.
- Coachable. You take feedback well and act on it. Ego stays at the door.
- Comfortable in ad accounts. Navigating Ads Manager and reading performance data feels natural to you.
- A creative eye for video. You can edit short-form video ads in CapCut, or you can learn it fast. Existing CapCut or short-form editing experience is a strong plus.
- Strong with technology. You pick up new tools and platforms quickly, and you are comfortable building and troubleshooting automations. Experience with Zapier (or a similar automation tool) is preferred.
- GoHighLevel experience is a plus. GoHighLevel (GHL) is our core platform, so any hands-on time with it is beneficial.
- Comfortable using AI. You already lean on AI tools in your work and are eager to use them more.
Compensation and Details
- Pay: $46,000 to $54,000 per year, depending on experience
- Commissions: Additional commissions based on client retention
- Type: Full-time
