Senior UX Designer

A company is looking for a Senior UX Designer to lead user experience strategy and execution for complex enterprise finance applications focused on risk management, regulatory compliance, and governance workflows.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead UX for complex enterprise workflows across risk, compliance, audit, and financial control domains

Create detailed user flows, service blueprints, and design dashboards and workflows

Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering, and compliance teams to ensure regulatory alignment and feasibilityRequired Qualifications7+ years in UX design, with strong experience in enterprise or B2B applications

Experience designing complex systems, particularly in financial services or related domains

Advanced information architecture skills and strong interaction design for complex workflows

Expertise in designing dashboards, reporting systems, and data visualization logic

Strong design and prototyping skills, particularly with Figma
