As the Chief Investment Officer for a prominent 2000 Cr. family office based in Bangalore, your role is crucial in leading the real estate investment strategy. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the real estate portfolio, including sourcing, evaluating, and executing investment opportunities in both listed and unlisted markets. Working closely with the family office's leadership team, you will develop and implement investment strategies that align with the overall financial goals and risk tolerance of the organization, ensuring optimal portfolio performance and long-term value creation.
Key Responsibilities:
