Manager / Sr Manager Compensation & PMS

Location: Faridabad

Industry: Global MNC into (Manufacturing / Automotive / Engineering)

Work Experience: 5-10 Years

5 Days working from office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end Compensation & Benefits (C&B) function for the organization.
• Design, review and administer annual salary benchmarking, compensation structures, salary revisions and incentive programs.
• Manage the complete Performance Management System (PMS) cycle including:

i. Goal setting and cascading of KRAs/KPIs.

ii. Mid-year and annual performance reviews

iii. Calibration discussions.

iv. Performance rating normalization.

v. Increment and bonus recommendations.

• Conduct compensation benchmarking studies using market surveys and provide recommendations to ensure external competitiveness and internal equity.
• Partner with Business and HR teams to drive a high-performance culture through effective performance management interventions.
• Analyze compensation trends, employee costs, and productivity metrics to support strategic decision-making.
• Prepare compensation budgets and support annual manpower planning exercises.
• Generate and present HR analytics, dashboards, and MIS related to compensation, performance, and workforce productivity.
• Review and enhance compensation and performance policies in line with business requirements and market best practices.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• MBA/PGDM in HR from a reputed institute.
• 5-10 years of relevant experience in Compensation & Benefits and Performance Management.
• Hands-on exposure to salary surveys (Mercer, Aon, WTW, Korn Ferry, etc.) would be preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, HRMS/ERP systems.
• Excellent stakeholder management and presentation.
