As an Assistant Brand Manager/Brand Manager reporting to the Head of Marketing, your role will involve understanding the Brand Strategy and developing 360-degree campaigns for collections and the brand. You will lead 360 campaigns from ideation to execution, including films, seasonal launches, gifting/hosting moments, collaborations, POS, and Retail activations. Partnering with creative, design, and product teams will be essential to build collections with a strong brand identity. Monitoring brand sentiment and customer insights will also play a crucial role in shaping campaigns and product strategies. Supporting retail, ecommerce, and gifting channels with targeted brand-building initiatives will be part of your responsibilities.

In addition to campaign development, your role will involve overseeing content creation across social, digital, and offline platforms. You will supervise website catalogue & content, as well as brief and manage external agencies (creative, PR, media) to ensure quality and timeliness of deliverables.
Furthermore, you will be responsible for driving trade marketing for stores and offline activations to maximize footfalls and build/strengthen relationships with mall teams. Consistently building sales promos with the retail team, such as GWP and seasonal offers, will be part of your focus.
Qualifications Required:
- 4-5 years of experience in brand management, lifestyle, retail, or consumer brands
- Experience in managing a team
- Strong mix of creative sensibility and commercial acumen
