We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to oversee our fashion retail store in Airia Mall, Sec 68, Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, driving sales performance, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Store Manager in daily store operations
• Ensure store standards, cleanliness, and visual merchandising are maintained
• Follow and enforce company policies and procedures
• Support in achieving monthly and annual sales targets
• Assist in analyzing sales performance and implementing improvement strategies
• Monitor stock availability and support replenishment
• Assist in supervising, training, and motivating store staff
• Help in assigning duties and monitoring team performance
• Act as a point of contact in the absence of the Store Manager
• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
• Handle customer queries and resolve complaints effectively
• Build positive relationships with customers to drive repeat business
• Support in executing attractive product displays
• Ensure store layout aligns with brand guidelines
• Stay updated with current trends in women’s fashion
• Assist in stock management and inventory control
• Participate in stock audits and minimize stock loss
• Coordinate with store and warehouse teams for stock movement

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field (preferred)
• 2–4 years of retail experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
• Good leadership and team coordination skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Basic understanding of retail operations and women’s fashion trends
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer applications

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
