The purpose of this role is to provide support to their supervisor and implement day-to-day PR engagement programnes. Works collaboratively across the agency and within the Network to ensure clients receive the best integrated public relations and communications solutions for their business.

Key responsibilities:

Participates in client meetings; provide basic counsel on tactical matters alongside supervisor

Is proactive in understanding clients’ business

Builds strong client relationships via onsite support and day-to-day communication

Anticipates client and team needs, providing proactive solutions

Assists with internal / external reporting activities: meeting notes, status reports, results reporting

Oversees and advances workflow; working across the agency to brief in internal shared services, including creative and content development, digital and social media

Brings quality control to each project with strong attention to detail, accuracy and focus, timeline management and project management skills

Provides counsel to clients; establishes and builds key client relationships

Oversees and leads a wide variety of communications programmes across multiple channels that meet client objectives

Creates the development of plans, proposals, results reports, creative briefs and other communications documents

Organises, directs and collaborates effectively across teams to achieve results

Keeps current with industry and overall consumer marketing trends while advancing our expertise in new media and marketing applications

Maintains routine contact with key client stakeholders when appropriate. Regularly seeks client feedback on the team’s performance

Actively contributes original, innovative thinking as an agency thought-leader
