HR Strategist

As an HR Strategist at our fast-growing e-commerce startup based in Gurgaon, your role will involve taking complete ownership of the HR function end-to-end. You will be responsible for building, streamlining, and scaling people processes while managing our existing HR team, consisting of an HR Manager and HR Executive.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Own the entire HR lifecycle, including tasks such as hiring, onboarding, performance management, engagement, and exits
• Drive recruitment strategy to ensure timely hiring across various functions
• Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and scalable processes
• Manage and mentor the HR team to enhance efficiency and output
• Oversee employee engagement, culture building, and retention initiatives
• Conduct performance reviews, oversee increments, and participate in workforce planning
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Act as a bridge between leadership and employees for all people-related matters
• *Requirements:**
• 25 years of HR experience, preferably in startups or e-commerce
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to work independently
• Experience in handling end-to-end recruitment and HR operations
• Good understanding of HR policies, compliance, and performance systems
• Strong communication and people management skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, unstructured workplace
