As an HR Strategist at our fast-growing e-commerce startup based in Gurgaon, your role will involve taking complete ownership of the HR function end-to-end. You will be responsible for building, streamlining, and scaling people processes while managing our existing HR team, consisting of an HR Manager and HR Executive.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Own the entire HR lifecycle, including tasks such as hiring, onboarding, performance management, engagement, and exits
- Drive recruitment strategy to ensure timely hiring across various functions
- Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and scalable processes
- Manage and mentor the HR team to enhance efficiency and output
- Oversee employee engagement, culture building, and retention initiatives
- Conduct performance reviews, oversee increments, and participate in workforce planning
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Act as a bridge between leadership and employees for all people-related matters
