️The Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled Marketing and Communications Assistant to join our growing Marketing team! The Marketing and Communications Assistant will support our team in marketing efforts across branding, digital content, internal communications, and event coordination. This role is ideal for a dynamic individual with strong design skills, excellent writing ability, and strong organization skills. This role offers the opportunity to contribute across multiple areas of marketing while working in a collaborative and dynamic environment.

\uD83D\uDCCBWhat You’ll be Doing:

  • Assist in the design, creation, and distribution of marketing materials, including social media content, sales presentations, newsletters, and marketing collateral.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and draft clear, engaging company-wide communications (e.g., announcements, updates, newsletters).
  • Manage and maintain the company intranet as a central hub for internal communications, ensuring content is current, organized, and accessible.
  • Train and support internal contributors on how to update and use the intranet effectively, including developing guidelines and best practices.
  • Help manage internal communication channels to ensure consistency and alignment of messaging.
  • Contribute ideas for improving internal communication effectiveness and employee engagement.
  • Help organize and track industry events and campaigns.
  • Develop graphics using tools like Canva or Adobe, applying AI tools for efficiency.
  • Assist with basic content writing and editing for both internal and external audiences.
  • Manage company swag and branded materials, including researching, selecting, procuring, and coordinating distribution of items for employees, events, and clients.
  • Ensure brand consistency and tone across all internal and external communications.
  • Provide administrative and organizational support to the marketing team as required (e.g., asset organization).

  • 1 – 3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Proficient in graphic design tools, including Canva and the Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experienced in social media platforms, especially LinkedIn.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office Suite skills, especially MS Word and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of SharePoint
  • Versed in a variety of AI tools (e.g., for graphic design)
