Shopify CRO Expert Needed – Traffic But No Sales (Fix Conversion + Build High-Converting Funnel) - Contract to Hire

We are looking for a Shopify Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) expert / DTC growth specialist to help turn existing traffic into sales.

This is NOT a design-only role.

We need someone who understands how to make ecommerce stores generate revenue.

About Us

We own a martial arts-inspired streetwear brand called The Fury Line, built around authentic ownership of the Fists of Fury (Bruce Lee) IP.

We currently sell via:

Shopify (print-on-demand)

Instagram Shop

Etsy

We also operate a network of 70+ martial arts fan pages driving traffic to the store.

👉 The problem:

We are getting traffic but little to no conversions.

What We Need (Primary Goal):

👉 Increase conversion rate and generate sales from existing traffic

Scope of Work:

You will be responsible for:

1. Conversion Audit + Execution

Identify why users are not converting

Implement fixes (not just recommendations)

2. Product Page Optimization

Rewrite product pages for conversion

Add structure: headlines, benefits, trust signals, urgency

3. Landing Page Creation

Build a high-converting landing page (not homepage)

Focus on best-selling products + clear offer

4. Offer Strategy

Create compelling offers (bundles, discounts, AOV optimization)

5. Trust & Social Proof

Implement reviews, UGC-style content, and credibility elements

6. Basic Funnel Optimization

Ensure traffic flows: content → landing page → product → checkout

(Optional but preferred)

Meta pixel + basic retargeting setup

What We Are NOT Looking For:

General “Shopify designers”

Social media managers

People focused only on aesthetics

Requirements

Proven experience improving Shopify conversion rates

Ability to show before/after results (CVR, AOV, revenue)

Strong understanding of DTC ecommerce funnels

Experience with landing pages and offers (not just design)
