Job Description
We are looking for an experienced CRO specialist to conduct a full conversion rate optimization audit for an e-commerce fashion brand (mid-size, scaling, EU expansion stage).
Context:
Conversion rate has been declining over the last quarter. We need to identify where and why we are losing users across the funnel and define clear, actionable improvements.
Scope of Work:
Funnel Analysis
Analyze full funnel: Homepage → Category/Product → Cart → Checkout → Purchase
Identify drop-off points and quantify losses
Segmentation Analysis
Traffic channels (paid, organic, direct, social)
Devices (mobile vs desktop)
Geo (Ukraine / EU markets)
New vs returning users
Checkout & Cart Analysis
Identify reasons for cart abandonment
UX friction points (forms, payment, delivery clarity)
Product Page Analysis
Behavior: add-to-cart vs purchase gaps
Identify issues with product presentation, trust signals, sizing, content
Technical Audit
GA4 setup validation (events, conversions, attribution logic)
Page speed & performance issues
Critical UX bugs (mobile-first priority)
Customer Journey Review
Identify friction in decision-making process
Messaging gaps, trust issues, cognitive overload
Deliverables:
CRO Audit Presentation (Google Slides / PDF) including:
Clear problem areas with data-backed insights
Estimated impact on revenue
Prioritized Action Plan:
Top 10–15 fixes (quick wins + high-impact changes)
A/B Testing Hypotheses:
Structured list with expected outcomes
Requirements
Proven experience in CRO for e-commerce (fashion is a plus)
Strong GA4 skills (event-based analysis required)
Experience with UX analysis tools (Hotjar, Clarity, etc.)
Ability to translate data into business impact (not just reports)
Nice to have
Experience with Shopify / WooCommerce
Work with EU markets
Experience scaling brands (not just small stores)
