I’m looking for an experienced ecommerce CRO specialist to analyse and improve my Shopify store’s conversion rate.
Current performance:
~1160 sessions in the last 30 days
1 sale
Conversion rate ~0.08%
Clearly something in the funnel is not working, and I need someone who can identify the issues and suggest practical, high-impact improvements.
1. Full CRO Audit
Review homepage, collection pages, and product pages
Identify drop-off points
Analyse trust, messaging, UX, and offer clarity
2. Actionable Recommendations
Provide clear, specific changes such as:
Above-the-fold improvements
Trust signals and messaging
Product page structure
Landing page optimisation
Ready-to-ship vs made-to-order clarity
3. Copy & Messaging Improvements
Improve headlines and key sections
Reduce friction and hesitation
Align messaging with a premium jewellery brand
4. (Optional) Implementation
Bonus if you can implement changes directly in Shopify (Dawn theme), but not required.
🟢 Requirements:
Proven experience with Shopify CRO
Strong understanding of ecommerce psychology
Ability to diagnose low conversion issues
Focus on sales and performance, not just design
🟢 Bonus (preferred but not required):
Experience with jewellery or fashion ecommerce
Experience improving stores with low conversion rates less than 1%
