Job Description
We are ToeFX Inc., a fast-growing medical technology company looking for an experienced CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) Specialist to help turn an existing high-traffic digital tool into a revenue-generating product. This is a short-term, project-based role (4–8 weeks) focused on improving paid conversion rates through landing page optimization, messaging, pricing strategy, and funnel design.
You will be responsible for analyzing our current user flow, identifying drop-off points, and implementing practical changes that drive measurable results. This is a hands-on role - we are looking for someone who can both think strategically and execute quickly (A/B testing, page updates, funnel improvements).
Responsibilities
- Audit current landing page and conversion funnel
- Identify key friction points and drop-offs
- Improve messaging, structure, and call-to-action
- Optimize pricing / paywall strategy
- Run and iterate A/B tests
- Deliver measurable improvements in conversion rates
Requirements
- Proven experience optimizing conversion funnels (ideally SaaS or healthcare)
- Ability to show real examples with before/after conversion metrics
- Strong understanding of user behaviour, pricing psychology, and funnel design
- Hands-on experience with analytics and testing tools (e.g., GA4, Hotjar, landing page builders)
- Ability to work independently and move quickly
