Migrate from our Microsoft license with One.com to Microsoft 365

Overview

We are looking for an IT consultant or company (preferably based in Mallorca or elsewhere in Spain) to help us review and, if necessary, migrate our existing Microsoft 365 / email setup. We want to ensure our email and web hosting continue to work, and that we gain full Microsoft 365 admin control so we can set up a shared Teams environment.

What we currently have:

Domain: zennord.eu

Emails hosted via One.com

Microsoft 365 Business Standard licences for two users

We cannot access the Microsoft 365 Admin Centre (no admin rights)

We want a working, shareable Microsoft Teams site

What we need:

Assess our current Microsoft 365 and One.com hosting setup

Ensure emails and website continue to operate during any changes and that we keep the same domain and email address

Ensure Microsoft 365 tenant ownership and admin rights are correctly assigned

So we can both administer the tenant

So we can set up a shared Teams environment

If necessary, migrate to a new platform/provider

With minimal downtime or disruption

Keeping all email accounts intact

Set up proper Teams/SharePoint configuration for collaboration

Deliverables:

A clear plan and timeline for any actions

Implementation of admin rights transfer or migration

Microsoft Teams setup with shared access for both users

Confirmation that email and website are working as expected

Communication requirements:

English speaking

Clear written steps and documentation

Support or training on how to manage Microsoft 365 admin

Location Preferences:

Mallorca or elsewhere in Spain (remote support is also acceptable)
