Microsoft 365 Admin (Licensing Cleanup & Outlook Sync Repair)

Project Overview:

I need a Microsoft 365 expert for a 2-hour live consultation via Zoom/Teams screen-share. I need to consolidate my business account to 3 licenses and fix a specific synchronization bug where meeting invites appear on Outlook Web (OWA) but are missing from my Outlook Desktop calendar.

Key Deliverables:

1.Licensing & Identity Cleanup:

o Consolidate 5 users into 3 Business Standard licenses.

o Convert Admin@ to a Shared Mailbox (to keep sign-ups for $0) and JoinTeam@ to an Alias.

o Ensure the custom domain is set as the Primary for all 3 users.

2. Outlook Desktop Fix (Exchange Sync):

o The Issue: Exchange account is added, but incoming invites only show on the Web.

o Required Tasks: * Clear the RoamCache and temporary Outlook files.

 Perform a "Clear Offline Items" on the Calendar folder and force a re-sync.

 If necessary, rebuild the .OST file or create a fresh Outlook Profile to force a full server-to-client handshake.

3. Teams Setup:

o Assist with signing into Teams on 3 laptops (Owner, Manager, Front Desk) to ensure the calendars match the newly cleaned-up profiles.

Technical Requirements

• Method: Guide on Live screen-share.
• Expertise: Deep knowledge of Exchange Online Sync, Outlook Profile management, and .ost file repair.
