Job Title: Microsoft 365 / Exchange Online Configuration & Security Hardening

Description

We are seeking a Microsoft 365 / Exchange Online specialist to assist with configuration, permissions, security, and email authentication for a newly established tenant and domain.

This is NOT a basic email or DNS setup project. Our domain is already verified and mailboxes are created.

We need expert assistance with the following:

Mailbox & Access Configuration

Shared mailbox delegation (Full Access / Send As)

Troubleshooting mailbox access issues

Exchange Admin Center configuration

Outlook Web App shared mailbox behavior

Permission propagation troubleshooting

Security & Account Protection

MFA / authentication best practices

Anti-spam / anti-phishing policy review

Impersonation & spoofing protection

Safe sender / domain strategy

Exchange Online Protection (EOP) tuning

Domain & Email Authentication Review

Review & validate SPF recordConfigure / enable DKIM

Configure / enable DKIM

Review / implement DMARC

Email deliverability & reputation protection

Required Experience

Microsoft 365 Admin Center

Exchange Admin Center

Exchange Online / Shared Mailboxes

Exchange Online Protection (EOP)

SPF / DKIM / DMARC configuration

Microsoft security / threat policies

Important Notes

• Domain and DNS are already functional
• Mailboxes already exist
• Users already created
• No website work required
• No Google Workspace experience needed

We are specifically looking for an Exchange / Microsoft 365 expert, not general IT support.

Project Scope & Timing

Expected to require approximately 3-4 hours. There is potential for additional Microsoft 365 administration following this engagement.
