Help with in Office 365 Administration. Needing to set up Oauth in Office365 Microsoft Azure

Office 365 Administrator needs help with PowerShell scripts. Need to set up OAuth in Microsoft Entra. Involves creating an app in MS Entra and then run PowerShell scripts to be able to scan to email for small company.
