We are a premium empowerment photography studio based in Australia.
We generate 200+ leads per week through Meta ads.
👉 Our problem is NOT traffic.
👉 Our problem is conversion.
Many leads:
Apply
Don’t respond
Ghost
Or never complete their booking
We are looking for someone who can analyse, diagnose, and improve our funnel performance — not just build pages.
🎯 Your Role
Your job is simple (but not easy):
👉 Increase the % of leads that turn into paid bookings
You will:
Analyse where leads drop off in our funnel
Identify why people hesitate or don’t act
Recommend and implement improvements
Work with our existing team to execute changes
