Job Description

I’m looking for a CRO-focused funnel specialist to audit and optimize 2 existing course funnels built in Systeme.io.

IMPORTANT: This is not a design job. I’m specifically looking for someone who understands conversion, user behavior, and improving sales performance.

Context:

  • High-intent SEO blog + email list

Funnels - 2 Online Digital Courses

The funnels are built but not optimised — I need someone to improve conversion rates, not just build pages.

Scope (Phase 1 – Audit):

  • Review both funnels end-to-end:
  • Opt-in pages
  • Sales pages (enhanced/created, currently sitting on site url)
  • Checkout optimising pages in sales funnel
  • Email sequences (if applicable)
  • Identify:
  • Conversion bottlenecks
  • Messaging issues
  • Structural problems
  • Missed opportunities (upsells, CTAs, flow)
  • Provide a clear, prioritised improvement plan:
  • Changes, Why it matters, Expected impact

Scope (Phase 2 – Implementation, if a good fit):

  • Rewrite / improve sales page structure and copy
  • Optimize funnel flow (cold vs warm traffic)
  • Improve CTAs and objection handling
  • Suggest simple A/B tests
  • Refine email sequence for conversions

What I’m NOT looking for:

  • Pure designers
  • Generic “marketing” advice
  • People who rely only on templates

Ideal candidate:

  • Proven experience in CRO / direct response / funnel optimization
  • native english ideally
  • Experience with course or info-product funnels
  • Understands difference between cold vs warm traffic
  • Can think strategically and explain reasoning clearly
  • Experience with Systeme.io

Looking for someone practical, direct, and results-focused — not overcomplicated. Sales word smithing, technical enough for A/B testing and optimising.
