Senior / Lead Full-Stack Engineer (AI-Accelerated)

Role Overview:

You are needed as a Senior / Lead Full-Stack Engineer (AI-Accelerated) for one of Uplers' client projects. Your main responsibility will be owning the build of a next-generation platform, moving from prototype to production release. This role requires you to ship features fast, integrate third-party services, harden for security and compliance, and utilize AI tooling in everyday development. You will be working on strengthening and extending existing prototypes, refining workflows, adding integrations, driving end-to-end testing, and collaborating with technical leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prototype & core feature delivery
• Strengthen and extend existing prototype with Next.js / React (TypeScript) and PostgreSQL / Supabase
• Refine onboarding, risk-scoring, case-management, and reporting workflows
• Product expansion & integrations
• Add KYC/AML data sources, payment processing, advanced authentication, alert/notification channels, and domain association
• Drive end-to-end testing, security controls, and regulated-industry compliance
• AI-accelerated engineering
• Utilize Cursor, Claude, Copilot for code generation, test scaffolding, migration scripts, documentation, and architectural prototypes
• Prototype AI-powered product capabilities like suspicious-activity insights, natural-language rule builders
• Architecture & DevOps
• Design, deploy, and operate scalable infrastructure on Vercel or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) with CI/CD, observability, performance tuning, and cost optimization
• Technical leadership & collaboration
• Partner with Solution Architect / Product Manager on backlog grooming, workshops, and agile ceremonies
• Establish coding standards, lead code reviews, mentor teammates, and foster a product-engineering mindset

Qualifications Required:

• 4+ years professional software development experience, including 2+ years in a senior or lead capacity
• Production expertise with Next.js & React, TypeScript, and modern state-management patterns
• Deep SQL & schema design on PostgreSQL plus hands-on Supabase
• Experience deploying and operating workloads on Vercel or GCP
• Daily use of Cursor, Claude, GitHub Copilot or comparable AI coding assistants
• Track record of shipping in agile, product-led startup environments
• Excellent written & spoken English for crisp specs, PRs, and stakeholder communication
