Primary Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain end to end full stack applications supporting advanced automation use cases
- Build and integrate RPA and Agentic AI driven solutions to automate complex, decision intensive business processes
- Develop intelligent workflow orchestration frameworks enabling decision driven agents and human in the loop automation
- Implement scalable backend services and APIs using .NET, C#, Python, and cloud native architectures
- Develop modern, responsive frontend applications using ReactJS to support automation dashboards and user interfaces
- Integrate automation platforms with enterprise systems, databases, and third party services
- Design and optimize data models, SQL queries, and data pipelines to support automation and analytics
- Deploy and manage applications in Azure cloud environments, ensuring security, performance, and reliability
- Apply DevOps and CI/CD best practices using GitHub for source control, code reviews, and automated deployments
- Collaborate with cross functional teams including business analysts, data scientists, AI engineers, and operations leaders
- Ensure solutions are production ready, resilient, and compliant with enterprise standards
- Continuously evaluate emerging technologies in Agentic AI, automation, and cloud engineering to improve solution effectiveness
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or any higher degree in Information technology/electronics/CSE/computer applications
- 1+ years of experience in full stack development, including:
- Backend: .NET, C#, Python
- Frontend: ReactJS, modern JavaScript/TypeScript
- Hands on experience with Azure cloud services and cloud native application design
- Experience with GitHub for version control, collaboration, and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience integrating applications with enterprise systems and APIs
- Experience delivering enterprise scale automation or AI enabled platforms
- Exposure to low code/no code automation tools and orchestration engines
- Practical knowledge of RPA platforms and automation frameworks
- Solid understanding of SQL, relational databases, and data integration patterns
- Solid understanding of Agentic AI concepts, including:
- Intelligent workflow orchestration
- AI assisted automation and system integration
- Familiarity with microservices architecture, RESTful services, and event driven design
- Proven decision driven and goal oriented agents
