Vencer Home Infusion Services is a growing specialty pharmacy and home infusion organization serving patients throughout New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, and surrounding regions. We help coordinate care between providers, patients, nursing, pharmacy teams, and insurance partners.

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable, organized, and proactive Operations Coordinator to support daily administrative and operational tasks.

This role will start with core coordination responsibilities and will grow over time as the individual becomes more familiar with our pharmacy operations, referral process, nursing coordination, and internal workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with organizing daily tasks, messages, and follow-ups
• Support the operations team with patient referral tracking
• Help coordinate communication between pharmacy, nursing, sales, and administrative teams
• Follow up on outstanding items to make sure tasks are completed
• Assist with scheduling, documentation, and status updates
• Help monitor patient progress from referral to completion
• Maintain simple trackers, task lists, and operational notes
• Prepare basic updates for leadership and internal meetings
• Communicate professionally with staff, providers, patients, and referral sources
• Escalate urgent issues to the appropriate team member
• Learn internal workflows and gradually take on more responsibility over time

Qualifications

• Healthcare experience preferred but not required
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Good communication skills
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks at once
• Reliable, professional, and eager to learn
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, email, and basic task management systems
• Ability to follow through and stay on top of open items
• Positive attitude and willingness to grow with the company

Growth Opportunity

This position is designed to grow over time. The right candidate will begin by supporting daily coordination and administrative workflows, with the opportunity to take on more advanced operational responsibilities as they gain experience.

Over time, this person may become more involved in referral management, nursing coordination, pharmacy workflow tracking, reporting, process improvement, and leadership support.
