Position Title: Section Head – Mines (Planning & Geology)

Designation: Dy.Manager / Manager / Senior Manager

Location: Anantapur, Tadipatri.

Core Activities of the Role :

Mine planning, surveying, grade control and optimization of limestone, clay & laterite in line with approved mining plans and production budgets.
Digital mine planning using DataMine / similar software; ensuring timely survey plans, sections, royalty passes and resource reconciliation.
Statutory compliance under MCDR, MCR, State Mining Rules, GPCB, MoEFCC, IBM and other regulatory bodies including 5‑Star Rating self‑assessment.
Preparation, execution and compliance of Mining Plans, Scheme of Mining, Progressive Mine Closure Plans and environmental clearances.
Exploration planning including core drilling, logging, sampling, UNFC‑based resource & reserve estimation and feasibility studies.
Liaison with Government authorities (IBM, CGM, MoEFCC, PCB, District Geologist etc.) and timely submission of technical responses and data.
Discharge of statutory duties as Qualified Geologist under Rule 55 of MCDR 2017 including grade control, sampling systems, reserve updates and technical records.
Driving SHE excellence with zero LTIFR through safety leadership, audits, CFSA, TB talks and sustainability initiatives.
Implementation and monitoring of IMS systems (5S, Kaizen, BCE, QCDIPSHE, audits, corrective actions) for productivity and safety culture.
People leadership including goal setting, performance reviews, capability building, succession planning and team engagement initiatives.
