Job Description

We are seeking a Server Administrator to support a large-scale enterprise environment consisting of approximately 180 virtual servers. This role is focused on stability, proactive monitoring, and system maintenance in a VMware and Azure-based infrastructure.

This is a critical role where you will help ensure systems remain secure, compliant, and fully operational at all times.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain server uptime and operational stability
Perform patching, updates, and compliance management
Monitor systems and proactively resolve issues
Ensure security standards (hardening, MFA, patch compliance)
Work within a structured ticketing and managed services environment

Required Skills & Experience

Strong experience with Windows Server
Hands-on experience with VMware virtualization
Experience with Microsoft Azure
Knowledge of SCCM for patch/update management
Experience with Azure Monitor or similar tools
Understanding of system security best practices

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85.00-$95.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Work Location: Remote
