Our client, a SaaS company focused on logistics solutions, is looking for a Remote Account Executive to join their team in Canada. This role is centered around growing their customer base through a partner-driven, referral-heavy approach. Most of their opportunities, over 90%, come through partners and referrals, so while there is some outbound work, the day-to-day is really focused on qualifying warm leads, guiding prospects through the process, and negotiations. You’ll also work closely with Solutions Architects, who handle the technical side. You’ll typically engage with Operations leaders and C-suite stakeholders, with deals closing in around 90 days and average deal sizes of roughly $2,500 in MRR. While the team is performance and data-driven, they take a consultative approach to sales and are looking for someone who aligns with that style. The ideal candidate is naturally curious, easy to talk to, and comfortable in an entrepreneurial environment where processes evolve. They’ve grown about 25% YoY so it’s a nice mix of stability and growth. - Qualify opportunities through discovery calls
- Drive new revenue with partner-generated leads
- Collaborate with Solutions Architects on demos
- Connect customer challenges to solutions through strong storytelling
- Own pricing, negotiations, and commercial strategy
- Manage contracts and order forms through execution
- Generate new opportunities through outbound efforts as needed
- Attend trade shows, partner events, and customer meetings
- Maintain pipeline within CRM ensuring notes and forecasts are accurate
- Meet or exceed KPIs tied to conversion rate, average time to close, revenue, and calls

- Bachelor's degree required
- 3+ years of full-cycle sales experience with ownership of revenue targets required
- Proven experience in consultative, service-based sales required
- Experience in SaaS or logistics and supply chain sales required
- Travel ~ 10% (1–3 trips per quarter, typically within the US and Canada); Valid Passport required
